Text formatter
Change uppercase and lowercase letters to adjust how a text is displayed.
How to use
- Paste text or a list, using one line for each item you want to sort or check for duplicates.
- Choose UPPERCASE, lowercase, Clean spaces, Remove duplicate lines, or Sort lines; the operation changes the field's content.
- Review the result and use Copy result. Click Undo to reverse the previous change; Count words sends the content to the counter.
How it works
Changing letter case does not correct spelling, grammar, or punctuation.
An example
Converting “Multi: useful tools” to uppercase produces “MULTI: USEFUL TOOLS”.
Common questions
Does uppercase conversion remove accents?
No. For example, “café” becomes “CAFÉ”, keeping the accent.
Can I recover the original capitalization after converting?
Conversion can lose that information. Keep a copy of the original text if you may need to restore it.
